Excellent pouches proven under pressure
I had the opportunity to put a pouch to use a few days ago. The release was quick and allowed me to apply the softt-w faster than pulling from a pocket or zipper pouch. Overall I was beyond impressed with the use. I carry 2 rapid pouches on my vest. One houses a CAT and the other a SOFTT-W. This allows to me to quickly deploy the best TQ for the situation. In my recent situation the CAT was not performing well enough on its own so a rapid deployment of the SOFTT-W just above the CAT on the thigh was simple with the SOFTT-W clasp. Can't say enough about the ease of use of this pouch. That being said, I have reached out to see if they will offer replacement covers for the pouches since the cover was integrated with the TQ and, as a result, was tossed by ER staff due to contamination. If these pouches will offer quick replacements for the covers, I will continue to carry them and utilize them on my vest carrier. If each use will result in the purchase of a new pouch entirely, they may prove to be costly for LE purposes.
Hi Sean, We wanted to say thank you again for the great feedback on the TourniQuick®! It’s always very rewarding for us to hear about how our gear is put to use, particularly our medical products in lifesaving applications. We’ve talked offline a bit, but we wanted to reaffirm that we’ll absolutely replace parts like the TourniQuick® front covers when they’re used in lifesaving applications.

Maybe have it capable of attaching to the front of your tall boy eta trauma pouch.
Love ITS products!!
Thank goodness I have not had to use it yet on anybody or myself, but if ever do need it to be used, ITS products are always with me!! Its the best insurance!! Thank you!!
Good product. No complaints.
This is one of the best ways I can think of to pre-stage a windlass-type tourniquet that I can think of. I bought one in coyote tan before, have a new Vertx EDC pack in black, had to have a matching TourniQuick pouch for it. This pouch will keep a ready-to-deploy tourniquet on a belt, backpack shoulder strap, or molle panel. This pouch keeps your tourniquet clean, dry and out of the sun. UPDATE: I had an issue with the last Tourniquick pouch's molle webbing/velcro not fitting great; must have just been a fluke, this pouch works much better and lays down smoother on molle with the malice clip included.
