TourniQuick Rapid Tourniquet Deployment Pouch
The patent-pending TourniQuick™ is the first-ever tourniquet pouch designed as a system to rapidly access and deploy the two most common CoTCCC (committee on tactical combat casualty care) recommended tourniquets on the market. This revolutionary tourniquet pouch deployment system reduces time from deployment to application, saving valuable seconds. Remember, seconds count when you’re bleeding out!™
Additionally, the TourniQuick™ features our patent-pending, 4-Way Mounting System™. The 4WMS allows you to mount the tourniquet pouch vertically on a duty belt, vertically to MOLLE (PALS webbing), horizontally on a belt, or even vertically on a backpack strap. The mounting possibilities are truly unlimited.
An added benefit of the inherent design in the TourniQuick™ is to act as a protective tourniquet pouch, reducing exposure to the elements. Dirt, debris and UV Light can degrade the life of your life-saving device.
Each TourniQuick™ includes directions for loading a tourniquet, foam shipping insert, removable Time Label, removable PVC Tourniqet Identifier Patch and a long MALICE Clip for mounting to PALS webbing. In addition, the handle of each TourniQuick® includes a 1” section of red VELCRO® Brand ONE-WRAP® fastener denoting medical equipment.
Please Note: The TourniQuick™ pouch does not include a tourniquet. The SOF®TT-W is available as an add-on product above.

This is gold!
I bought the "Tourniquick" Rapid Tourniquet Deployment Pouch in coyote tan. I.T.S. has a great concept here. It did take a few minutes to get my SOF-T Wide TQ folded like the included instructions showed. After packing, deploying and repacking my TQ several times, it became pretty obvious how to fold it up and how FAST you can get a TQ out! This is lightyears ahead of any fully enclosed TQ pouch that I know of. My only gripe is the "patent pending 4 way mounting system" - the MALICE clips are a hair too short, and the top and bottom velcro straps a bit too thick. If you attempt to PALS weave the pouch, its prone to an unsightly bunching up, like big time. It took some fiddling with mine to keep it *pretty* smoothed out when mounted to my mini rip-away BOK.
The best, most versatile tourniquet pouch that I’ve come across. Not only does it protect the tourniquet, but it’s stages it when you actually need to deploy it. And taking up no more space than any other pouch. Also a very clever attachment system, they thought of it all. Can’t think of a single downside
