The rubber case for holding the tools was cheap and cracked within a week

First picture for the Micro Tradecraft Toolset is misleading in the left hand is the toolset inside of rubber cap and in the right hand is an empty rubber cap leading one to believe that this set includes two caps that would encapsulate the toolset. NOT TRUE.
After emailing ITS they advised that there is no end cap and that the toolset is open.

How am I supposed to keep this in my pocket without ripping a hole in it??

No refund or end cap was offered to me. Basically, I felt that after emailing my concern, no one cared..

Had to make my own end cap by cutting the rubber off a pair of old pliers.
