New enhancements include our patent pending 4-Way Mounting System™, popularized with our TourniQuick® Pouch. This laser-cut mounting system offers endless possibilities, including mounting to tradition PALS/MOLLE webbing, mounting both vertically and horizontally to a belt and even wrapping around pack straps. (Please Note: If mounting via PALS/MOLLE, attachment outside the hook/loop strips is not included)
The laser-cut backing panel of the 4-Way Mounting Systemâ„¢ is loop-lined and the removable hook and loop attachment strips enable customized mounting like never before. Our next generation pouch now offers the full-length LabelAnywhereâ„¢ Front, which provides a generous loop field for affixing Medical, Blood Type or Unit Identifier patches.
Inside the pouch, the main center pocket enables storage of a vacuum-sealed Trauma Kit, or if you prefer, use the pockets and included shock cord to store individual loose components, like hemostatic gauze, chest seals, and bandages. The two additional interior wing pockets provide a storage area for smaller components like decompression needles, airway devices, and nitrile gloves. The inside flap of the ETA Trauma Kit Pouch is now loop-lined and features laser-cut sections to weave the included shock cord through, for further storage of loose components.

I’ve ordered from this place since they started selling cool gear. This pouch is no exception, great gear, great company!
Company isn’t what it used to be sadly.
Hey Ken,
Sorry to hear you feel that way. What did you think about the pouch itself that you ordered? If you're reviewing our company, a 1-star really hurts us. Is that your intention?
Things definitely change in business, but we always strive to offer the best gear at great prices, all while keeping up awesome customer service.
Product reviews aren't really the best forum for these kinds of discussions and we'd welcome any additional feedback via email.

Great pouch! I’m using it to hold my water filtration setup on my small overnight bag, so I have quick access to it while hiking. Love the easy pull deploy and the full front of hook and loop! My only caveat would be to add Molle straps to it, or include two in the kit. It has the nice laser cut back, but I needed to rig up some straps to be able to connect it to my pack (easy enough). Would buy again!

I bought one of the original ETA Trauma kit pouches some 8-10 years ago, and it remains part of my kit. This one seems lighter in weight and seems to have a little more shape to it. Zippers seem to work well. It's the perfect size for its intended use.
After chatting with a Rangemaster friend about his safety priorities when he's on the range, I decided to follow his advise and build this new IFAK to keep on my body when I hit the range or field instead of inside a range bag behind me.
I kind of wish one could attach scissors with retention and a SWOT-W directly to opposite sides of the pouch to make one compact Trauma system that I could slide on and off my belt.
The second one I purchased, as soon as the first arrived. Such an awesome pouch!
