The ITS FailSafe™ Retractor provides a retractable dummy-cord option for nearly any small device with a fixed attachment point. While we carry these specifically to integrate with the DoubleDuty™ Retractor Pocket on our pouches, they’re also versatile enough for additional applications.

Below you’ll find the video of how they integrate with our DoubleDuty™ Retractor Pocket, but this same install concept will work for emergency retention through any similar sized opening that the set screw collar can pass through once attached.

The 3M™ Brand Adhesive Backing is also perfect for mounting to a surface for retaining items that commonly walk away.

Works great

I bought the Fail Safe Retractor for my HAM radio, just like it shows on them website, I feel a lot better about carrying it and not having to think about it, it’ll be there. Thanks again for all you do, you are a great company!
